INTERLOPER GALLERY is a co-op project space located within the greater 1906 Studio; a space already known for being a hub for many San Antonio creatives.Established in 2025, INTERLOPER is dedicated to redefining San Antonio’s Second Saturday Art Walk with our mission of presenting a diverse range of exhibitions and programming, uplifting underrepresented voices within contemporary art space.We host monthly receptions from 7-10pm EVERY Second Saturday of the month that are free and open to the public.INTERLOPER has already shared programming with several local entities including; the San Antonio Potters Guild, the San Antonio Ethnic Art Society, and the SMART Project Space (501c3).We are winners of the 2025 ‘People’s Choice CAMMIE AWARD’ and 2026 People’s Choice for Best Art Gallery through the SA Current.INTERLOPER is programmed and curated by Allysha Farmer, Anastassia Rabajille, Fred T Wood, Mark Anthony Martinez & Michael Martinez.We are sustained by viewers like you.

Entomological Aspirations
Ft. new works by Emilee Bassett and Michael MartinezEntomological Aspirations is a collaborative exhibition, featuring new works by Emilee Bassett and Michael Martinez. Drawing aesthetic inspiration from insect morphology—especially mantids and Texas cicadas—Entomological Aspirations meditates on the changing world; and how we might look to nature in negotiating that change. Predating the dinosaurs, insects make up between 70 and 80 percent of all animal life on Earth. Despite their small size, insects are some of the most resilient and capable forms of complex life; they’ve survived successive waves of global change, and will continue to thrive in spite of the planetary impacts wrought by corporate and industrial power. On an individual level, how might we find ways to be present in our lives, cultivate flexibility, and avert distraction?This exhibit is FREE and OPEN to the public • Saturday, 8/8/26. 7—10pm, @ Interloper Gallery, 1906 S.
